I have listened to objections about hiring veterans since I started in recruitment.
I have been working with ex-forces personnel for about two decades and I have noticed, on a number of occasions, that they are often misunderstood. Contrary to those objections, I strongly believe that ex-military personnel are amongst the very best talent available in today’s market. Yet, there is still scepticism around hiring them.
